Move from standing up to a squatting position, push forward your pelvis using only the power of your muscles. Hold it there for a couple of seconds and then release. Repeat 2-3 times.

3. Penis towel lifts. This exercise requires an erect penis. Get a small towel and place it on your penis. Now use kegel exercises to move the towel up and down. Repeat 4-5 times or more if you can. After a while, once you are already used to this exercise and it gets easier, you can make the towel wet to add some weight.

4. Edging exercise. This is the last exercise and one that many men find pleasurable. Take some time and masturbate. It’s recommended to use plenty of lubrication to make it more comfortable. Take yourself to the point where you are about to ejaculate and stop right before. Repeat at least 3-4 times before you allow yourself to ejaculate.
