Exercise And Massage Techniques For Peyronies Disease

Exercise 2

This is the so called „milking“ exercise that has shown some good results. First you have to massage your penis to be erect, then form an „OK“ sign with your forefinger and thumb. Grab your penis base, apply pressure and move your hand starting with the base and going to the glans. Do this „milking“ motion 10 times in a row, then rest a few seconds. Repeat until you have done the exercise 200 times or as you doctor has directed.

Massaging Techniques

While stretching exercises work well, you can get better results if you also include some massage techniques. Every time after you have finished your stretches, massage the affected area on your penis gently. Use some lubricant to make it more comfortable. Do it for about 15 minutes every day. This will smooth the area where the plaque is located and will make it softer and remove some of the curvature.

    I have had peyronies for almost 2 years. It is horrible. My sex life is horrible. I’ve lost about 3 inches of my erection. My wife accidentally grabbed it too hard one night and this is what caused it. I can not find any decent doctors in Atlanta who know enough to help. I have tried several techniques but none have been successful. Please help.
